Senior designer on the Omnichannel Automation team — led the pivot from a single-channel Telegram chatbot to a cross-channel editor (email, Telegram, Instagram, SMS, API). ~100 epics across blocks, analytics, and automation management. Pitched the frontend migration to shadcn and introduced AI-driven prototyping into the team's workflow.
B2C intermittent fasting and nutrition app — joined during the scaling phase (now often called "the Duolingo of health", 20M+ downloads). Redesigned the home screen, shipped personal analytics behind the paywall, and ran qualitative UX research on a smart-search flow for meal logging.
B2B event ticketing platform serving major Eastern European cities. Sole in-house product designer at a ~50-person company. Shipped an automated ticket refund flow that closed a manual support gap and launched the Tikoteka B2C subscription pilot as the 0→1 designer.
B2B real estate platform. Designed a document-sharing system for the realtor-to-client document flow, a mortgage calculator that reduced reliance on specialists, and the business process for a listings board. Started the team's first UI component library.
Graphic and UI design. Started with print, gradually moved into landing pages and web apps. Built foundational craft — typography, layout, basic frontend, end-to-end client work.
